Summer has come to the Oregon Coast, and it ‘s early this year. We even had a pod of Orcas visit the Siuslaw Bay over Memorial Day. It was great to experience their visit. They brought quite the excitement to Florence and Old Town. It was great seeing them play in the bay. Warm temperatures have arrived here in Western Oregon. It looks like they’ll be staying around for awhile especially in the Willamette Valley. One reason we love Florence is it’s always cooler here on the coast than in the valley.
